These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to this website and the custom manufacturing services offered by Changshu Yingren Signage Products Co., Ltd. (“Yingren,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About our services
We design and manufacture custom metal signs, CNC plaques, architectural metalwork, and landscape sculptures, including OEM and ODM projects. Specifications, finishes, lead times, and pricing are confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation.
2. Quotes and orders
- Quotes are based on the drawings, dimensions, materials, quantities, and other details you provide.
- A quote is not a binding contract until we issue an order confirmation and you complete the agreed deposit or payment terms.
- Changes after confirmation may affect price and delivery time.
3. Customer materials and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, logos, dimensions, installation conditions, and any third-party rights in content you supply. Production typically proceeds after written approval of shop drawings or samples. Approval constitutes acceptance of the design for manufacture.
4. Demonstration images
Photographs on this website may show products placed in AI-generated or illustrative environments. They are for concept demonstration only. Actual installed appearance may differ due to site conditions, lighting, surrounding architecture, and installation method.
5. Pricing, payment, and lead time
Prices, Incoterms, deposit, balance, and production lead time are as stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Expedited service, if available, must be agreed in writing. Sample lead times for small orders may be shortened as described on the website, subject to confirmation.
6. Shipping, customs, and delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, export documentation is prepared according to the destination you specify. Customs duties, taxes, and import formalities in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed Incoterms.
7. Warranty
Outdoor finish warranty, where offered (including any five-year outdoor finish warranty described on this website), applies to manufacturing and coating defects under normal use and recommended installation. It does not cover damage from improper installation, unapproved modification, accidents, vandalism, extreme misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Warranty claims require photos and order identification.
8. Intellectual property
Our catalog, website content, manufacturing processes, and original designs remain our property unless a written agreement transfers rights. Customer logos and artwork remain the customer’s property. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce and deliver the ordered goods.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or project delay damages, arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
10. Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy our content for commercial reuse without permission. Information on the site is provided for general product communication and does not replace a confirmed quotation.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith through the contact details below.
